Commissioning me means you have agreed to these Terms of Service! Any commission request that violates these terms will be cancelled immediately. You will not utilize my art in any capacity for AI generators. This includes: not using my works to train AI, not creating AI animations from them, and not modifying my works in any way using AI. Such behavior automatically results in a blacklist and a commission ban from me!!!

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Completion Time: The average waiting time is 2-3 weeks.Please note: The final completion time ultimately depends on the complexity of the artwork and the number of characters appearing in the drawing.I kindly ask for your understanding and patience: in addition to commissions, I work full-time and study part-time. I make every effort to ensure each piece is executed with the highest attention to detail.

REFUNDS
✭ If the sketch has been completed, the refund will be €15.
✭ If flat colors have been applied, the refund will be €10.
✭ If the rendering process has started, the refund will be €8.
Once the artwork is fully completed, refunds and cancellations are no longer possible.

FINISHED PIECE AND FILES
I deliver the final work in PDF, JPG, and PNG formats via Google Drive.
A dedicated folder will be created for your order and kept accessible for one week so you can download your files.If you prefer to receive the files through a different platform, please let me know in advance.

PAYMENTS
I accept payments via PayPal, directly through VGen, or Ko-fi. For Polish customers, there is also the option to pay using BLIK.
